TrainingProgram for Oversea Undergraduate Students in the Discipline of Marine Engineering (2018)

一、培养目标(Purpose of TrainingProgram

 本专业旨在将来华留学本科生培养成为轮机工程技术领域内的未来合格工程师。通过学习和实践,来华留学生能够系统地了解中国文化,具有一定的汉语交流能力,掌握轮机工程专业需的基本理论及分析方法,具备从事轮机工程专业的技术技能,能胜任船舶及相关领域动力系统的设计、生产、修造、运行管理等方面工作,适应轮机工程及相关领域的发展与需要,并具有较强实践能力和创新精神的应用型工程技术人才。

Themajor aims tocultivate oversea undergraduate students tobecomethefuturequalifiedengineersinthefield of Marine Engineering.Throughstudyandpractice, the oversea students can systematically understand the Chinese culture; have a certain ability to communicate in Chinese; master the fundamental theories and basic practical skillsin engineering fundamentals, mathematics, and analytical methods, have professional and technical skills in the field of MarineEngineering,obtain the ability on design, production, maintenance, operation and management of machinery systems such as those on ships, adapt development and requirement of thefield of Marine Engineering, and be an applied senior engineering technical personnel with strong practical ability and innovative spirit.

毕业要求(GraduationRequirements

 毕业生应在知识、能力和素质方面满足以下要求:

Graduates are required to meet the following knowledge, ability and quality requirements:

1)遵守中国政府颁布的相关政策法律以及江苏科技大学制定的相关规章制度;正确理解中国社会文化,尊重中国传统习俗。

Abide by the relevant policies and laws promulgated by the Chinese government, and the rules and regulations of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology(JUST); Learn about Chinese social culture correctly and respect the Chinese traditional customs.

2)身体健康,学习努力,具有良好的道德品质;熟练运用文献检索工具,有效地获取相关信息;能够准确理解轮机工程领域内的相关专业中文文献。

Be in good health condition, study hard and have good moral character; Skillfully use the professional literature retrieval tools and effectively obtain therelated information; Be able to understand correctly therelated Chinese professional literature in the field of marine engineering.

3掌握以工程热力学、船舶柴油机、动力装置原理与设计、轮机系统生产设计,船舶电气设备及系统、振动与噪声控制、工程图学、工程流体力学、传热学方面的基础理论知识及基本实践技能。

Broad and solid basic knowledge of Engineering Thermodynamics, Marine Diesel Engine, Principle and Design of Propulsion Plant, Production Design of Marine SystemsMarine Electrical Equipment and System, Controlof Vibration and NoiseEngineering Graphics, Fluid Mechanics, and Heat Transfer Theory, etc.

4了解最新的专业前沿知识,形成学科思维,具备初步的科研能力。

Understand the latest professional frontier knowledge, to form a subject thinking, and have preliminary scientific research ability.

5能够运用轮机工程专业知识和专业技能解决船舶动力系统及其生产过程的设计、制造、维护、运行及管理方面的等实际工程问题

An ability of applying the professional knowledge for solving the practical engineering issues of design, production, maintenance, operation and management of components, machinery systems or process such as those on ships to meet desired needs within realistic constraints.

四、核心课程(Core Courses

  • 动力机械知识领域(船舶柴油机动力装置原理与设计、动力辅助机械、船舶电气设备及系统、轮机系统生产设计、振动与噪声控制

Marine engineering (Marine Diesel Engine, Principle and Design of Propulsion Plant, , Power Auxiliary Machinery, Production Design of Marine SystemsMarine Electrical Equipment and System, Controlof Vibration and Noise);

  • 基础知识(工程热力学、工程流体力学、传热学)

Basic thermal knowledge (Engineering Thermodynamics, Engineering Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer Theory)

  • 工程设计基础知识(工程图学、机械原理、机械设计计算机辅助设计)

Basic Engineering design knowledge (Engineering graphics, Mechanical Principle, Mechanical design, Computer Aided Design);

  • 电工电子基础知识(电工电子技术、自动控制基础测试技术基础)

Basic Electrical and electronics knowledge (Electrical and electronics, Fundamental of automatic control, Fundamental of Measure Technique)

五、集中性实验实践教学环节

 集中性实验实践教学环节课程见附表1

The courses of centrally experimental andpractical part refer to Table 1.

六、教学语言(Teaching Language

 除集中性实验实践教学环节外,采用全英文授课。

Except the teaching of centrally experimental andpractical part, teaching in English all.

学制与学分(Schooling and credits

1、学制(Schooling System

 标准学制为四年。

The standard schooling lasts 4 years.

2、学分要求(Credits Requirements

 最低修满130学分。

The oversea students will be granted graduation when they obtain more than 130 credits.

八、学位授予(Degree Award

 毕业生符合江苏科技大学来华留学生学士学位授予条件,经学校学位评定委员会审查通过,授予工学学士学位。

When the students meet the requirementsof Jiangsu University of Science and Technology(JUST)granting bachelor's degree for oversea students, they will be examined and awardedtheBachelor degree of Engineering by the academic degree evaluation committee of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology.
