Recently, China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAI) announced the results of the 2020 Quality Certification of Study in China, and our university successfully passed the certification, which is valid for 4 years. It is reported that the quality certification of study in China includes voluntary application, self-assessment and on-site inspection by universities. 20 universities, including Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Renmin University of China, Beijing University of Technology, Changzhou University and our university, have been certified this year.

The quality certification for higher education institutions to study in China is organized by the China Education Association for International Exchange and Cooperation (CEAIC), commissioned by the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of the Ministry of Education, to prove that the education and management level of higher education institutions to study in China meet the recognized quality standards, with the aim of further implementing the Study in China program and strengthening the quality management and social supervision of study in China. The program was launched in 2015, and a total of 135 universities have been certified.

The university will take the accreditation as an opportunity to promote the construction, improvement, management and strength with the evaluation, further improve the level and standard of education for international students, promote the quality and efficiency of education for international students, build the international brand of Study in Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, and promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of education for international students. It also promotes the comprehensive and sustainable development of international students' education and helps the university achieve the goal of building a domestic first-class shipbuilding university with high-quality international education.
