一、学科简介(Introduction)

能源动力:能源动力工程领域与人类的生产和生活密切相关,既有悠久的历史,又属于21世纪经济发展中能源、信息、材料三大前沿领域。能源动力是研究工程领域中能源转换、传输、理论、技术和设备的学科,致力于研究工程领域中能源高效转换、传输和利用,提高能源利用率,减少一次能源消耗和污染物质排放。学科主要研究特色与方向包括动力机械与设备的燃烧与排放控制、动力机械振动噪声控制与故障诊断、传热传质强化与能源高效利用技术、制冷空调与低温工程、新能源技术与应用。

Energy and Power Engineering is closely related to human being's production and life. It has a long history, and is included in the three leading fields like energy, information and materials in the economic development of 21st Century. The research directions of the Power Engineering subject mainly include energy conversion and transmission, theory, technology and equipment. Researches are devoted to the study of engineering in the aspects of high-efficiency energy conversion, transmission and utilization, improving the efficiency of energy, reducing the primary energy consumption and pollutant emissions. The main research characteristics and direction of Power Engineering are power machinery and equipment including the combustion and emission control, vibration control and fault diagnosis, heat transfer and mass transfer enhancement and energy efficient use of technology, refrigeration and cryogenic engineering, new energy technology and application.

二、培养目标(Program Objectives)

本学科来华留学硕士生应掌握能源动力、轮机工程学科扎实的理论基础和系统的专门知识,具有独立分析问题、解决问题的能力,同时掌握基本的实验测试与数据分析、计算机应用编程等技术,毕业后能够从事能源动力、轮机工程领域相关的教学、科研、设计、生产及管理等方面的工作。

The international master students in China on this discipline should grasp solid theoretical foundation and systematic specialized knowledge of Energy & Power Engineering and Marine Engineering discipline, obtain the ability on analyzing and solving problems independently, and master the basic technologies such as experimental test and data analysis and computer application programming. After graduation, they can be engaged in teaching, scientific research, design, production and management, etc. in the fields of Energy and Power Engineering and Marine Engineering.

五、学制与学分(Schooling and Credits)

标准学制为2年,可按有关规定延长半年。

The standard schooling lasts 2 years, which can be prolonged for another half a year according to the relevant provisions.

来华留学硕士生要求修满32学分,其中,必修学位课程不少于20学分,选修课程不少于8学分。

32 credits are required for the international master students in China, among which not less than 20 credits for degree courses and not less than 8 credits for elective courses.

七、科研要求与学位论文(Scientific Research Requirements and Dissertation)

1. 科研要求(Scientific Research Requirements)

来华留学硕士生按照导师要求参加科研活动,撰写1篇与专业相关的学术论文(英文)。

The international master students in China should participate in scientific research activities according to the requirement of the mentor, and write a professional-related academic paper (in English).

2. 学位论文(Dissertation)

学位论文可以是学术研究或科学技术报告,也可以是工程设计、案例分析等报告。

Dissertation can be academic research or science and technology report, can also be a engineering design or case analysis report.

学位论文可以用英文或中文进行撰写。选用英文撰写的学位论文,其摘要需要用中文撰写;选用中文撰写的学位论文,其摘要需要用英文撰写。

The dissertation can be written in English or Chinese. If the dissertation is written in English, the abstract of which should be written in Chinese; if the dissertation is written in Chinese, the abstract should be written in English.

提倡来华留学硕士生撰写论文与其本国实际相结合;确因需要、经指导教师同意、学院领导和国际学院领导审批,来华留学硕士生可以利用部分时间回国撰写论文,但在我国进行论文工作的时间不得少于半年;来华留学硕士生的论文答辩工作必须在我校进行。

It is advocated that the international master students can write papers combined with the reality of their own countries. Because of the need truly, with the approval of the mentors, the college leadership and international college leadership, the students can use some time to back home to write paper, but the paper work time should not be less than half a year in our country. The dissertation defense should be carried out in our university.

八、学位授予(Degree Authorization)

来华留学硕士生通过本专业规定的学位课程考试以及其它必修和选修课程的考核或考查、完成规定环节,修满学分要求,方可申请学位论文答辩。通过学位论文答辩者,学校颁发硕士毕业证书,并授予工学硕士学位。

The international master students who have passed the examinations of the degree courses and other required and elective courses, accomplished specified educational scores, and complete credit requirements, may apply for dissertation defense. Those who have success fully defended their dissertations shall be awarded the diploma and Master Degree in Engineering.
